OpenAI, Oracle and Related Digital will build a data-center campus of more than 1 gigawatt in Saline Township, Michigan, as a part of their Stargate push to enlarge U.S. Artificial intelligence infrastructure capacity.

The venture is a part of Oracle and OpenAI’s 4.5-GW Stargate growth and, collectively with 6 different U.S. sites, increases the infrastructure group’s planned ability to more than 8GW and total investment to over $450 billion within the next 3-years.
