Can AI support small businesses move beyond simple chatbots? Anthropic says yes with Claude for Small Business, a new package deal of connectors, geared up-to-run workflows, and training resources designed to put Claude within the tools small business owners already use.
The release focuses a major adoption gap: small businesses drive 44% of U.S. GDP and employ around half of the private-sector workforce, yet many nevertheless lack AI tools designed for everyday operations.
Claude for Small Business runs by Claude Cowork and links with platforms which includes Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. The aim is to support owners cope with recurring operational work without pressuring them to leave their present software stack.
Agentic Workflows For Finance, Sales, Marketing, And Operations
