A new NFT collection called “The Presidents,” partially created by neural network algorithms, integrates GameFi to let users make money through gameplay.

In the third quarter of 2021, NFT sales surged to over $10.7 billion, a 704% increase from the previous quarter. The growth was powered by gamification and creative marketing strategies, as well as the adoption of AI and mixed reality technologies.

These trends have found their way into a new collection, “The Presidents,” launched on Binance Smart Chain at the end of October. The collection has something for everyone, whether you’re a crypto enthusiast, a tech geek, an art collector, a gamer, or just have a taste for world domination.

“The Presidents” is a unique hybrid of traditional and digital art. It includes more than 20,000 portraits of the world’s most influential presidents, both living and deceased, as well as leaders of established cryptocurrency organizations. The portraits are available for minting at presidents-nft.com.

The collection consists of eight categories: Crypto, World, USA Legends, USA, Soviet, two secret presidential portraits, and one exclusive avatar of Satoshi Nakamoto, who developed bitcoin and devised the first blockchain database. Each NFT portrait has a distinctive design, a synthesis of original artistic vision and AI algorithms.

Cashback is also included. Those who mint more than 50 or 150 Presidents will be added to two pools offering 3% and 7% respectively, with a cashback of up to 600 Binance Coins (BNB). The project will give users 600 BNB back as a reward for their contribution.

After 20,000 portraits are minted, users unlock access to a game called Cards, the first GameFi app on the platform. In this particular game, players can receive a governance token that will allow them to participate in managing decisions within the “Presidents” ecosystem.

More minted Presidents give users a better chance of winning governance tokens and, therefore, influence over future decisions on new partnerships, features, upgrades, etc.

Referral links are also included within the platform. All users have the chance to obtain a personal referral link; when the link is used, they get 10% of the total transaction amount.

There’s still some intrigue left, however, for those NFT enthusiasts who love a good mystery. The identities of the two secret political figures will be announced as soon as all 20,000 Presidents are minted. Stay tuned and follow the project on their social media platforms.

From Trash to Tech: Scientists Turn Pomelo Peels into Electricity-Generating Devices

Photo Credit: https://scitechdaily.com/ Researchers at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign developed a method to upcycle the spongy, porous peel of pomelos, typically discarded as waste, into devices that generate electricity and act as biomechanical motion sensors. These eco-friendly devices harness contact electrification to power small electronics like LEDs, calculators, and sports watches without needing external electricity.
